Brother Monk Ciderworks

Brother Monk Ciderworks is owned and operated by brothers, Dan and Joe Holoubek, in Indiana County, PA. They are both Navy veterans and their family has a long history of military service with their grandfather serving in WWI and father serving in WWII and the Korean War. The founders take pride in that history and commitment to service, they apply that pride to their cidermaking and winemaking. Brother Monk is a farm-based Pennsylvania licensed winery growing over 2000 cider-specific apple trees on the farm and all the rest of the fruit are sourced from Pennsylvania. All the fruits are ripened to perfection, fresh-pressed, fermented slowly, and crafted into fine cider blends, resulting in unique ciders full of refreshing, complex tastes for your enjoyment.

We hope you enjoy tasting our ciders as much as we enjoyed making them!
